Helga was the only child who struggled to stay alive.

Yeah, the Goebbels children... I knew about them before. In the movie "Downfall" there is a scene in which they are killed by their own parents. My God, I could hardly watch that... I just wanted to kick the capsules out of their mothers hand... horrible.

We watched that in my History class. I was horrified, but our teacher told us that they were Hitler's children! Me and another kid had to correct him. He wasn't embarrassed though.

He should've been embarrassed though... any decent history teacher would have known that Hitler and Eva had no children. At least not together.

I would know - I was studied to become a history teacher for six months untill I got bored and dropped out. :lol:

Anyway, I don't get why telling your students that it were Hitlers kids would make it any less horrible. I mean, you don't get to pick your father, right?
